本行 营业部 诚征以下岗位，具体要求如下：

Business Development Unit (Client Relationship Manager） 业务发展团队 客户经理2名

Basic Requirements 基本要求: 

• Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 1 year working experience related in banking industry.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin for communication.

Main Competencies 主要技能: 

• Marketing skill - To communicate clients with honesty, integrity and good standing.

• Extensive knowledge -  To have a good understanding of bank's products and good learning ability.

• Risk and compliance awareness -  To have the knowledge and awareness on requirements of FSCA, SARB, ML/TF/PF risk, compliance risk and other risks concerning banking industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

Main Job duties 主要工作职责:

• To develop Chinese background corporate clients.

• To serve and develop non-credit business with existing and new clients.

• To support and ensure every transaction being processed timely.

• To improve client's satisfaction rate with BOCJHB's service, expand the influence of BOCJHB among Chinese background clients in South Africa.

Banking Service & Operation Team（CDD Analyst）客户运营及尽职调查团队 账户尽调分析专员2名

Basic Requirements 基本要求: 

• Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 1 year Anti-Money Laundering (AML) working experience in banking industry.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin for communication.

Main Competencies 主要技能: 

• Good communication and attention to detail. To keep communication with customer, to collect required information as per relevant AML policies required, check accuracy and completeness of the information.

• Time management and organisational skills. To implement CRR, SDD, EDD, sanction screening within the stipulated timeframes etc.

• Interpersonal skills. To update customer status to relationship managers (RM) or account managers (AM), assist RM/AM to complete the periodic review process.

• knowledge and experience about Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes and AML regulations.

Main Job duties 主要工作职责:

• Implement and manage customer due diligence duties

• Ensure that customer information is kept accurately and up to date, initiate internal approval processes.

• Ensure that customer records are well maintained in compliance with record keeping duties.

• Assist relationship managers or account managers to maintain the customer relationship, to escalate discrepancies to the CDD Head/AML Representative.

Comprehensive Management Team （Assistant Manager）综合管理团队 助理经理1名

Basic Requirements 基本要求:

• Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 1 year working experience related in banking industry.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin for communication.

Main Competencies 主要技能: 

• Diligent and responsible capability - To carry out work conscientiously and responsibly.

• Good learning ability - To have the good understanding of bank's basic products and good learning ability

• Risk and compliance awareness - To have the knowledge and awareness on requirements of various risks concerning banking industry.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, good time management and organisational skills.

Main Job duties 主要工作职责:

• To cooperate with relevant departments to implement the dealing, monitoring, reporting duties on operation, reputation, compliance, and credit risks for Banking Department.

• To fulfil the responsibility of archive management.

• To conduct comprehensive management work of the department, integrating reports, performance evaluation, data support, etc.

• Assist to organise and conduct internal comprehensive staff training.
