2024归心谷资本全球创新创业大赛英国赛区启动啦！

       本站消息，为了促进中国背景的投资机构与全球华裔创业者之间的紧密合作，同时为有志向进入中国市场的国际项目提供资金支持和资源配套，加拿大HomeValley Capital联合英国华人创业孵化器Nextial Business Incubator，将在本月举行一场前所未有的全球创业大赛。英国作为本次大赛的欧洲主赛区，英国地区的线下决赛将于5月25日在伦敦举行。

       本次大赛是首个由基金主导，旨在为创业项目和投资方搭建快速沟通桥梁的国际创业赛事。大赛将汇聚中、美、英、加100多个顶级投资机构与天使投资人，设有总计5000万美金的项目投资总额，旨在为创业者提供一个与上百家投资机构快速且直接对话的平台。

       大赛覆盖人工智能、生命健康、数字经济、绿色环保、Web3、新消费/文化创业六大热门赛道，预计吸引50-100个项目参赛。

      英国赛区奖金设置为：一等奖1000美金，二等奖500美金，三等奖300美金。此外，还有英国本地企业提供的额外奖励。

       所有在英国学习或工作超过1年以上的创业者，对中国市场和资源有兴趣的人士均可报名参加。大赛对国籍不设限制，欢迎各界创新精英踊跃参与。

       项目提交截止日期为5月5日。获胜项目将至上海参加全球总决赛。

2024 HOMEVALLEY GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURS COMPETITION Launches — Building a Global Bridge for Chinese Innovation

In an initiative to enhance collaboration between investors with Chinese backgrounds and global Chinese entrepreneurs, as well as to offer financial and resource support to projects eyeing the Chinese market, HomeValley Capital from Canada and the Nextial Business Incubator from the UK have launched an unprecedented global entrepreneurship competition starting this April. The UK, being the main European competition area, will host its regional offline finals in London on May 25th.

This first-of-its-kind competition spearheaded by a fund aims to swiftly connect entrepreneurial projects with investors, bringing together over 100 top investment institutions and angel investors from China, the US, the UK, and Canada. With a total investment amount of $50 million, the competition promises a direct dialogue platform with numerous investors for entrepreneurs.

Covering top fields like Artificial Intelligence, Life & Health, Digital Economy, Green & Environmental Protection, Web3, and New Consumer/Cultural Entrepreneurship, it's anticipated to draw 50-100 competing projects. Prizes for the UK region are set at $1000 for first place, $500 for second, and $300 for third, along with additional local enterprise rewards.

Open to individuals who've been in the UK for over a year and are interested in the Chinese market, the competition welcomes candidates of any nationality. Applications are due by May 5th, and winning projects will proceed to the global finals in Shanghai.
