西部时尚城是温州“强城行动”战略中“五城”之一。重点建设区域东至王家坞路，南至景山，西、北至104国道，包括中国鞋都和东瓯工业园区，面积约26平方公里。时尚城将依托鹿城经济开发区等平台，布局百万方大孵化器集群，推进“一体两翼”发展，建设传统产业时尚化改造集聚区，带动时尚走廊建设，培育时尚穿戴定制、时尚家居生活、时尚文化用品等细分赛道，持续打响“红靴奖”“中国鞋都国际时尚周”等品牌，打造中国时尚产业之都。

Western Fashion City is also a component of the “Five-City” programs of the “Strong City Action” strategy in Wenzhou. The key area of this project extends from Wangjiawu Road in the east, Jingshan Mountain in the south, and State Highway 104 in the west and north, covering approximately 26 square kilometers. This area includes the renowned China Shoes Capital and Dongou Industrial Park.The Fashion City will leverage the Lucheng Economic Development Zone and other platforms to establish a million-square-meter super large incubator cluster, promoting the implementation of the ‘One Body Two Wings’ strategy.It aims to build a cluster for transforming traditional industries into cutting-edge ones, drive the development of the fashion industry, foster customized fashion wear, modern fashion lifestyles, and provide fashion and cultural supplies.It will continue to promote well-known brands such as the ‘Red Boot Award’ and the ‘China Shoes Capital International Fashion Week,’ with the goal of becoming China’s fashion industry capital.

西部时尚城时尚产业集聚基地B-03地块项目：

项目位于温州市鹿城区双屿街道中央涂单元B-03地块，为商办用地，占地面积约38.6亩，总建筑面积约8.51万平方米，拟招引时尚产业企业，依托产业集聚效益，大力推进设计研发、品牌运营、商贸渠道、项目孵化和人才培养等工作，助力提升区域时尚产业整体发展质量。地块拟通过土地出让形式招引时尚产业企业。
