At 18:00 that evening, the grand "Dukang Night" themed banquet in Baishui, Shaanxi, officially commenced, using wine as a medium to showcase the profound heritage of China’s Dukang wine culture and the innovative vitality of national brands to the world.
During the banquet, Chairman Zhang Hongjun delivered a presentation titled *"The Inheritance and Innovation of National Brands."* He emphasized that Baishui Dukang, as a "living fossil" of Chinese wine culture, carries 5,000 years of historical legacy—from the legend of Dukang, the grain official of the Yellow Emperor, who invented winemaking, to Cao Cao’s famous poetic line *"How to relieve worries? Only with Dukang,"* and even Premier Zhou Enlai’s earnest exhortation to *"Revitalize Dukang and win glory for the nation."* This national brand has always resonated with the pulse of Chinese civilization. *"We not only craft fine wine but also convey the confidence and charm of China’s Dukang wine culture,"* Chairman Zhang stressed.
In his presentation, Chairman Zhang Hongjun shared Baishui Dukang’s modern innovations: by integrating aerospace technology with traditional techniques, the distillery has achieved breakthroughs in quality through 11 rounds of space breeding for fermentation starters and cellar mud. Additionally, the company has established a three-aroma system—*"Qingxiang" (light aroma), "Qingya" (elegant aroma), and "Duxiang" (Dukang aroma)*—while creating a cultural IP product matrix featuring series such as *"Thirteen Dynasties"* and *"Great Qin Empire."* The brand’s value has now surpassed 23.6 billion yuan.
The "Dukang Night" banquet ingeniously blended Shaanxi’s intangible cultural heritage. The magical performance of *Huashan illusion arts*, the impassioned melodies of *Heyang suona*, and the distant echoes of *Dukang wine songs* complemented the mellow fragrance of fine wine, offering guests a feast for both the senses and the palate. Many international brand representatives present expressed that the event gave them a profound understanding of the unique path of Chinese brands in *"promoting industry through culture."*
The 2025 World Brand Moganshan Conference will continue for three days. Shaanxi Baishui Dukang will participate in the brand exhibition with its *"Baishui Dukang"* and *"Thirteen Dynasties"* series, further facilitating in-depth dialogue between China’s Dukang wine culture and international brands.
