诚邀人工智能企业与领军人才！中国（温州）智能谷发出“全球邀请函”

中国（温州）智能谷孵化器北区块项目：项目占地面积约71亩，地上建筑面积约8.8万平方米，为原温州金融科技文化中心项目，由政府投资建设，其中一期地上建筑面积约1.5万平方米，目前已投用。二期地上建筑面积约7.3万平方米，其中11幢中式建筑楼宇1.3万方，已建成投用，山水孵化器6万方，预计2025年上半年建成投用。项目主要招引人工智能领域相关的头部企业、科技机构平台及领军型人才团队入驻，集聚科技创新和高端研发资源，不断提升核心技术研发功能，构建孵化、路演等功能为重点的创新创业生态体系，打造开源开放、交流合作的人工智能产业策源地。

中国（温州）智能谷是温州“一港五谷”重要组成部分，智能谷将形成以七都岛为研发和孵化器，以智能谷产业园一期为研发和产业中试基地，智能谷产业园二期为产业加速、科研成果转化和产业化基地的“一器一园”总体布局，打造全国智能产业新地标、全国一流的智能产业服务基地、全国领先的人工智能技术应用示范基地。“一器”位于鹿城区七都岛，占地面积约400亩，地上总建筑面积22万平方米。孵化器依托浙江大学创新创业研究院围绕计算机、光学、新材料、生物医学等领域开展科技研发。产业园一期以原南郊工业区为核心区域，占地面积约280亩。拥有中关村信息谷·温州创新中心、鹿城跨境电商园等平台，以及长三角首个中关村科技成果转化中试服务平台等一批数字经济的“塔尖重器”。产业园二期以原炬光工业区和德政工业区为核心区域，占地面积约580亩。

China (Wenzhou) Smart Valley is an important part of “One Harbor and Five Valleys”. The Smart Valley will form a general “One Incubator One Park” layout that features Qidu Island as the research and development center and incubator, Smart Valley Industrial Park phase I as the research and development and industrial demonstration base, Smart Valley Industrial Park phase II as the base for industrial acceleration and scientific research result transformation and industrialization. It aims to create a new landmark of the intelligence industry in China, a first-class service base for intelligent industry as well as a leading artificial intelligent technology application and demonstration base in China. Covering a land area of 400 mu (equivalent to approximately 266,667 square meters) and a total floor area of 220,000 square meters, the One Incubator program is located at Qidu Island of Lucheng District.The incubator is based on the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Zhejiang University in carrying out science and technology research and development in the fields of computer science, optics, new materials, and biomedicine and so on. Phase I of the industrial Park takes the former Nanjiao Industrial Zone as the center and will cover an area of approximately 280 mu (equivalent to approximately 186,667 square meters). It will be home to Zhongguancun Information Valley·Wenzhou Innovation Center, Lucheng Cross-border E-commerce Park as well as the very first in-the-operation test and service platform of Yangtze River Delta for the transformation of scientific research results from Zhongguancun-a “strategic component for the spire”. Phase II of the industrial park takes the former Juguang Industrial Zone and Dezheng Industrial Zone as the core area and will cover an area of approximately 580 mu (equivalent to approximately 386,667 square meters).
