脚踏实地的力量。

视频大意：未来，若有合适的机会摆在我面前，我定会全力以赴、不遗余力地参与更多面向青少年的斯诺克推广活动。希望能通过自己的努力，让更多青少年了解并热爱上这项充满魅力与挑战的运动。而对于那些怀揣着斯诺克梦想的年轻球员们，我的建议建议是：一定要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印地去提升自己的球技，认真对待每一场比赛，在赛场上尽情展现自己的实力与风采。

Video Summary: In the future, if suitable opportunities arise, I will spare no effort and do my utmost to participate in more snooker promotion activities aimed at teenagers.  I hope that through my own efforts, more teenagers will come to understand and fall in love with this charming and challenging sport. As for those young players who harbor dreams of snooker, I sincerely offer this advice: you must stay grounded, take one step at a time to improve your skills, treat every match seriously, and fully showcase your abilities and style at the table.

 嘉宾介绍

赵心童，中国斯诺克选手。在2021斯诺克英锦赛决赛中击败卢卡·布雷切尔，获得冠

军。他也成为继丁俊晖、颜丙涛后第三位捧起斯诺克三大赛冠军奖杯的中国选手。在2025年世锦赛中，但他一路过关斩将闯入决赛，赢得冠军，成为中国乃至亚种首位世锦赛冠军，创造历史。

Xintong Zhao, is a snooker player from China. He beat Luca Brecel in the 2021 UK Snooker Championship final becoming Champion. He also became the third Chinese player after Ding Junhui and Yan Bingtao to win any of snooker's Triple Crown Series championships.In the 2025 World Championships, he won the championship by winning all the way to the finals and became the first World Championships champion in China and even in Asia, making history.

张安达是中国职业斯诺克选手，出生于广东韶关，昵称“达仔”；“大力鼠”，近期又因“中国熊猫”这一称号获得国际认知度。他是2025年世锦赛中四位中国种子选手之一，并在赛后成为广东邀请赛唯一受邀的中国球员。他曾夺得2023年斯诺克国际锦标赛冠军，并在职业生涯中多次创造佳绩。

Zhang Anda is a professional snooker player from China. He was born in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, and is nicknamed "Da Zai"; "Mighty Mouse." He recently gained international recognition as "Chinese Panda". He is one of the four seeded Chinese players in the 2025 World Championships and became the only Chinese player invited to the Guangdong Invitational Tournament after the match. He won the 2023 Snooker International Championship and achieved many successes in his career.

Dan Dawsen. Journalist and darts broadcaster, who works covering the professional darts corporation all over the world.

Hercules and the Waggoner

欢迎收听微电台，寓言talkshow节目，我是斯诺克运动员张安达。今天我给大家讲的寓言故事是：大力神与车夫。

一名车夫赶着马车，沿着一条非常泥泞的小路前行。

突然，马车的轮子陷入了泥潭，马无法将它们拉出来。

车夫扔下鞭子，跪在地上，祈求大力神的出现：“大力神啊，请来帮帮我吧”，他说。

大力神出现了，却说道：“朋友，用你的肩膀把车轮扛起来，再驱赶马儿把车拉上来吧，跪在那里祈求我有什么用呢?”

Hello everyone, this is we radio, the fables talk show. I am Dan Dawsen. The name of the story I will tell you today is: Hercules and the Waggoner.

A waggoner was driving his team along a muddy lane with a full load behind them, when the wheels of his waggon sank so deep in the mire that no efforts of his horses could move them. 

As he stood there, looking helplessly on, and calling loudly at intervals upon Hercules for assistance, the god himself appeared, and said to him, “Put your shoulder to the wheel, man, and goad on your horses, and then you may call on Hercules to assist you. If you won’t lift a finger to help yourself, you can’t expect Hercules or any one else to come to your aid.”

Heaven helps those who help themselves.
