江心屿城市综合公园项目：项目拥有经营性建筑及经营性区域共计22处，总建筑面积7.16万平方米。其中，东园经营性建筑面积1.2万平方米；西园规划酒店部分，包括酒店主体3.4万平方米，会展中心0.9万平方米，精品民宿0.33万平方米，其他经营性建筑1.3万平方米。拟打造中国山水诗意境体验岛、集科普研学与亲子娱乐为一体的研学基地和城市文化休闲度假地。目前已形成规划方案，江心东园已改造完成。拟招引文旅行业的品牌企业进行整体运营。

Vision: Develop into a cultural-tourism hub integrating Chinese landscape, poetry immersion, educational tourism, family recreation, and urban leisure.
Progress: Master plan finalized,The East Zone has completed renovation. Plans are underway to attract renowned cultural tourism enterprises for holistic operations.

千年斗城是温州“强城行动”战略中“五城”之一。重点建设区域东至环城东路、飞霞南路，南至划龙桥路，西至过境路、勤奋河，北至瓯江，范围包括历史文化街区、江心屿、东屿电厂，面积约10平方公里。斗城将围绕“复兴千年东瓯古城”目标，大力发展文旅经济，彰显千年文化底蕴和现代都市活力。实施街坊复兴工程，完成新一批历史文化街区改造，留存温州老城记忆；保护提升江心诗岛，完成江心西园改造，打造中国山水诗发源地；推进九山升级焕新，全面提升公园品质；挖掘还原朔门古港遗址，建设朔门古港遗址公园，传承展示瓯越海港贸易，塑造“海上丝绸之路”温州标识。

Thousand-Year Dongou Ancient City is one component of the “Five-City” programs of the “Strong City Action” strategy. The key engineering zone extends from Huanchengdong Road and Feixia South Road in the east, Hualongqiao Road in the south, Guojing Road and Qinfen River in the west, to Oujiang River in the north. The area encompasses historical blocks, Jiangxin Islet, and Dongyu Power Plant, covering approximately 10 square kilometers.The Dongou Ancient City will work around the goal of “Revitalize the millennia-old Dongou civilization”, boost cultural  tourism, and showcase historical depth with modern vitality. It will implement heritage block renewal projects, advance new phases of historic district renovations to preserve Wenzhou's urban memory, Preserve and elevate Jiangxin Poetic Islet through the renovation of Jiangxin West Garden, establishing it as the cradle of Chinese Shanshui poetry.Accelerate Nine Mountains rejuvenation project, enhancing park quality comprehensively.Excavate and reconstruct Shuomen Ancient Port Site, building the Shuomen Heritage Harbor Park to highlight Ouyue maritime trade legacy and establish Wenzhou as a pivotal node of the Maritime Silk Road.
