华南农业大学与教育部、拉美高校签署合作协议 成立全球首批“中文+农业科教发展中心”

华农签约共建首批“中文+农业科教发展中心”

为促进中国和拉丁美洲在语言文化、农业科技等方面的交流合作，在教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称“教育部语合中心”）的指导和支持下，6月15日，华南农业大学与墨西哥查平戈自治大学、巴西马托格罗索联邦大学签约共建中拉“中文+农业科教发展中心”（以下简称“中心”）。这是全球首批中拉“中文+农业科教发展中心”，也是华农首个“中文+农业”海外示范项目，是“中国—拉丁美洲农业教育科技创新联盟”海外建设项目落地的重要成果，将进一步深化中拉人文与农业科技创新融通发展，推动新形势下国际中文与农业教育事业在拉美地区的创新和可持续发展。

In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America in language, culture, agricultural science and technology, under the guidance and support of the Chinese foreign language exchange and cooperation center of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "language cooperation center of the Ministry of education"), on June 15, South China Agricultural University signed a contract with the Autonomous University of chapingo in Mexico and the Federal University of Mato Grosso in Brazil to jointly build the China Latin America "Chinese + agricultural science and education development center" (hereinafter referred to as the "center"). This is the first batch of China Latin America "Chinese + agricultural science and education development centers" in the world. It is also the first "Chinese + agriculture" overseas demonstration project of Huanong. It is an important achievement of the implementation of the overseas construction project of the "China Latin America agricultural education science and technology innovation alliance". It will further deepen the integration and development of China Latin America humanities and agricultural science and technology innovation, and promote the innovation and sustainable development of international Chinese and agricultural education in Latin America under the new situation.

In his speech, director Ma Jianfei pointed out that South China Agricultural University and two Latin American universities pilot the establishment of the world's first batch of "Chinese + agricultural science and education development centers", which will help international Chinese education meet the needs, innovate and develop, and form a demonstration and driving role in Latin America and the world.

王斌伟书记在致辞中指出，中文在当今世界的影响力日益凸显，而农业科教创新已成为农业农村发展重要的驱动力，建立一个集语言与农业科教相结合的机构十分必要。他介绍了我校筹建中心的意义和基础，指出将充分发挥中拉语言与农业科教的优势，做细做实各类项目，争创全球“中文+农业”的示范中心，为拉美国家学习中文和中国文化、了解中国的农业教育和技术搭建互学互鉴、友好协作的平台。

He introduced the significance and foundation of the center, and pointed out that the university will give full play to the advantages of Chinese and Latin American languages and agricultural science and education, do various projects in detail, strive to create a global "Chinese + agriculture" demonstration center, and build a platform for Latin American countries to learn Chinese and Chinese culture, understand China's agricultural education and technology, and build mutual learning, mutual learning and friendly cooperation.

刘雅红校长表示，中心的成立彰显了中拉高校在搭建语言文化及农业技术交流平台、建设长期深入合作伙伴关系的共同心愿。她对中心的建设发展提出建议，希望中心尽快完善工作机制、提升运营决策水平，突出合作重点、坚守开放合作理念，同时发挥桥梁作用，推进中拉在人才培养、联合科研攻关、学术交流、农业技术培训、人员交流等方面的全面合作。
