外籍学生如何在中国读大学

1、参加普通高考
1. Participate in the regular college entrance examination

外籍学生获得在华永居身份可就近就读公办、民办学校。根据教育部现行的普通高等学校招生工作规定，在中国定居并符合报名条件的外国人，可持公安机关签发的《中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证》，在签发地省级招委会指定的地点申请报名参加普通高考。
Foreign students who obtain permanent residency status in China can attend nearby public and private schools. According to the current enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education for ordinary higher education institutions, foreigners who have settled in China and meet the registration requirements can apply to participate in the ordinary college entrance examination at the location designated by the provincial recruitment committee in the issuing place by presenting the People's Republic of China Foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Card issued by the public security organs.

无论是否具备在华永居身份，外籍孩子均可就读指定的国际学校或外国人子女学校。但若要参加中国高等院校的自主国际学生招收考试，就必须要符合国家教育部在2020年发布的《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》上的规定。
Regardless of whether they have permanent residency status in China, foreign children can attend designated international schools or foreign children's schools. But if you want to participate in the independent international student recruitment exam for Chinese higher education institutions, you must comply with the provisions of the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Regulating the Work of Our Higher Education Institutions in Accepting International Students" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020.

(1)持有合法有效护照的非中国籍公民。

(3)无违法犯罪记录。

(4)学习期间，遵守中国法律法规，尊重中国风俗习惯，遵守学校规章制度。

(5)入学时，原则上年满十八周岁；如未满十八周岁且父母不在中国境内常住，申请人父母须委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人作为申请人的监护人，并提供相关证明材料。
(5) At the time of enrollment, the applicant shall in principle be at least eighteen years of age; if he/she is under eighteen years of age and his/her parents do not permanently reside in China, the applicant's parents shall appoint a foreigner or a Chinese person who is permanently residing in China to act as the applicant's guardian, and shall provide the relevant certificates and documents.

(6)父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，不具有中国国籍。自2021年起，其申请作为国际学生进入我高等学校本专科阶段学习，除符合学校的其他报名资格外，还应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
(6) If both or one of the parents is a Chinese citizen and resides in a foreign country, and the individual is born with foreign nationality, they do not have Chinese nationality. Starting from 2021, applicants who apply to enter the undergraduate and junior college stages of our higher education institutions as international students should not only meet the school's other registration qualifications, but also hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for at least 2 years within the past 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) (actual residence in a foreign country for at least 9 months within a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit seals).

(7)祖国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生进入我高等学校本专科阶段学习的，也应满足上述要求。

(7) Residents of Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who apply for admission as international students to study at the undergraduate level in our institutions of higher education after emigrating and acquiring a foreign nationality shall also fulfill the above requirements.
